Getting in touch with the Maastricht Convention Bureau in times of COVID-19

Right now, we all focus on what matters most, the health and safety of our loved ones, our staff, and our partners. However, we also look ahead and think about what comes after and how we can best facilitate and support you in these trying times and in the foreseeable future. Topics such as continued social distancing and online conference set-ups are just some of the things that we are working on and for which your input is much appreciated.

The Maastricht Convention Bureau is here for you, also if you are looking for an alternative destination or venue due to your event being postponed or canceled.

Please keep in mind that, due to the situation caused by the Coronavirus, there are some changes in the way we work. In line with government policy, all meetings in the Netherlands have been canceled until the 1st of September. Also, as a precaution for everyone’s health and safety, we are working from home until the 20th of May according to the latest national government guidelines.
