This airline program is applicable at Brussels Zaventem Airport and Düsseldorf International Airport, offering your delegates a substantial discount on the flight tickets.

Our very user-friendly Online Booking Tool guarantees a direct connection between all international airports or train stations and the cities of Maastricht, Venlo, Sittard-Geleen and Heerlen.

Financial support 

We provide financial guidance and assistance to associations to make it easier to bring conferences to the Netherlands.
 

Pre-financing & Guarantee Fund

For hosting your conference in the Netherlands we can offer you the unique opportunity to make use of the Pre-financing & Guarantee Fund (VGF). The fund helps to cover pre-conference expenses, and other financial risks and combines two separate schemes; a pre-financing scheme and a guarantee scheme.

Financial contribution 

Representing the local municipalities, we are able to offer a financial contribution to assist with the organization of your conference in the cities of Maastricht, Venlo, Sittard-Geleen, and Heerlen. This support is available under specific conditions.

Welcome receptions

In Maastricht, we organise Welcome Receptions at the Maastricht City Hall for delegates with an official word of welcome on behalf of the  Maastricht City Council.
