Pre-financing & Guarantee Fund

For hosting your conference in the Netherlands we can offer you the unique opportunity to make use of the Pre-financing & Guarantee Fund (VGF). The fund helps to cover pre-conference expenses, and other financial risks and combines two separate schemes; a pre-financing scheme and a guarantee scheme.

Financial contribution 

Representing the local municipalities, we are able to offer a financial contribution to assist with the organization of your conference in the cities of Maastricht, Venlo, Sittard-Geleen, and Heerlen. This support is available under specific conditions.
