MECC Maastricht  

The Maastricht Exhibition and Conference Centre (MECC) is the go to venue to host your conference. This award winning venue seems big but all spaces are within less than a 1-minute walk from each other.

The main conference centre consists of three flexible, multifunctional floors. The floors are interconnected, allowing visitors to flow and spark social interaction. The MECC has been recently renovated and now shines with 55 breakout rooms with daylight.

Château St Gerlach

Château St. Gerlach, a member of Relais & Châteaux, is located only a 10-minute drive from Maastricht. In the characteristic former monastery you will find beautiful hotel rooms and various restaurants. The adjacent Gerlach Pavilion and Manor House offer a multitude of possibilities for business meetings and events. The contemporary pavilion effortlessly blends with its historic backdrop and boasts three multifunctional meeting rooms, that can be used separately or combined, accommodating up to 750 people.

Rebelle 

Rebelle is a unique event venue located in the 17th-century Augustinian Church in the city centre of Maastricht, on the banks of the River Meuse. A listed national monument, it combines a high ceiling and beautiful large windows with a creative contemporary touch. The space is ideal for receptions and festive celebrations, and can host up to 850 guests for a conference closing party. 

Crowne Plaza 

Crowne Plaza Maastricht is a beautiful hotel on the banks of the River Meuse, offering fantastic views of the river and the historic city centre.  Its 174 rooms and suites comfortably host both small and large groups. With nine flexible meeting rooms, it’s easy to run conferences here up to 350 delegates.

The Social Hub Maastricht 

Cutting-edge design was brought to a renovated ceramics factory to create The Social Hub Maastricht. Set in the emerging Sphinxkwartier, this hotel sits alongside other local cultural landmarks, like the Muziekgieterij concert hall and the Lumière arthouse cinema. And if you want to mix old with new, the historic centre of Maastricht is a scenic five-minute stroll away.

Thiessen winery

Thiessen is the oldest wine shop in the Netherlands. Its beautifully restored wine cellars, right in the heart of Maastricht, instantly take you back several centuries. Taste a wide selection of excellent wines, some even dating back to the early 1900s. Next to tasting and selling, the shop hosts all kinds of events in its historic spaces and cellars. 

Château Neercanne

Hoogenweerth Castle Estate

The Hoogenweerth Castle Estate: a fairytale place, beautifully renovated, where the hospitality trade is conducted with love for the profession and specialty. The Castle stands out on the banks of the  river Meuse and the estate is surrounded by nearly 4 hectares of park gardens. Located at the base of the iconic Bonnefanten Museum, it combines modern design with a vibrant setting that enhances any gathering.

Van Oys Maastricht Retreat
