- 15:30 Visit to the Provincial Government Building and introduction to the Maastricht Treaty
- 16:30 Private guided walking tour of Maastricht, including Vrijthof, Rebelle and Dominicanen Bookstore
- 18:00 Welcome dinner at BOLD Rooftop, including a short welcome by Maastricht Convention Bureau
- 21:00 End of programme
Saturday 14 November
- 08:00 – 09:15 Breakfast at leisure
- 09:30 Walk to MECC Maastricht
- 09:45 Tour and presentation at MECC Maastricht, including conference halls, exhibition areas and meeting facilities
- 11:20 Visit to Château St. Gerlach
- 12:00 Educational workshop with UMIO
- 13:30 Lunch at Burgemeester Quicx
- 15:00 Free time at the hotel or in Maastricht
- 18:00 Hosted dinner at Pakhoes with representatives from Maastricht Convention Bureau and the region
- 21:00 End of programme
Sunday 15 November

- 10:00 Tour of the meeting facilities at Van der Valk Hotel Maastricht
- 10:30 Guided tour of the Bonnefanten Museum
- 11:15 Inspirational talk at Ipanema by Dr. Katleen Gabriels, Associate Professor in Philosophy and Ethics of Technology
- 12:00 Local lunch experience at Ipanema
- 13:15 Wine tasting and venue tour at Thiessen Wijnkoopers
- 15:15 Visit to Rebelle
- 15:30 Free time in Maastricht
- 18:30 Closing evening at Castle Mheer, including welcome drinks, a venue tour and dinner with invited regional guests

Monday 16 November
- 08:00 – 09:30 Breakfast at leisure and check-out
- 10:00 Educational workshop and coffee at Maastricht University
- 11:00 Departure to the airport
- Group flight to Barcelona for IBTM World
