From summer 2025, the Maastricht Convention Bureau will evolve into a regional convention bureau, representing Limburg, a vibrant and innovative region in the southeastern Netherlands, located at the crossroads of Germany and Belgium. This transformation strengthens Limburg’s position as a key European destination for international, multi-day scientific and business conferences.
In collaboration with the cities of Maastricht, Venlo, Sittard-Geleen, Heerlen, the Brightlands innovation campuses and the Province of Limburg, this bureau will promote the region’s cutting-edge knowledge sectors and excellent conference infrastructure to a global audience.
