"Maastricht aan Tafel"

Would you like to taste Mediterranean flavours, regional products or Asian specialties? It’s all possible from the 15th until the 29th of January 2012, during “Maastricht aan Tafel”. In this period you can enjoy a delicious 3-course diner for €25,20. With this diner you support the charity “Fill the Cup”.

From every sold menu a symbolic amount of €0,20 will be donated to charity. €0,20 seems a small amount, but for just €0,20 a child in a poor country can get a healthy meal at school. Nowadays still millions of children go to bed hungry.

During this special restaurant week “Maastricht aan Tafel” the gastronomic capital Maastricht asks attention for this special charity.

You can also discover the gastronomic secrets of Maastricht during the special city walk on the 21st of January 2012. Typical culinary masterpieces from the present and the past will be explained by a VVV tourist guide on a very tasteful way!
