European Catering Conference

The European Catering Conference will take place on the 31st of January until the 1st of February 2012 in Maastricht, during the “BBB” in the Maastricht Exhibition & Congress Centre. The European Party Caterer Association initiates this unique conference concept, which takes place in an inspiring surrounding, where caterers can share their experience and knowledge and gather more knowledge about the currents trends in the catering industry. The conference exists out of innovative, but realistic food and beverage design- and catering concepts.

The theme of the European Catering Conference is “New Thinking”. Guest speakers show reallife-examples about new possibilities, product and market development, trends, food & tradition and management.

During the European Catering Conference the caterers will visit the “BBB Horecavakbeurs”. In the evening a VIP dinner will be organised in the “Timmerfabriek”, a unique industrial location, where food, art and fashion will be combined in extraordinary concepts. After the dinner there is a VIP festival in the Maastricht Music Hall. To close this European Conference in style, there will be a “Walking the Brunch” tour through Maastricht. Professional caterers can get familiar with new, but mostly authentic, food and beverage concepts in Maastricht.
