Events

Many events are held in Maastricht every year. Next to the business events, the (inter)national conventions, there are the cultural (local) events as well, such as: Carnival, Preuvenemint and "Magisch" (Magical) Maastricht.

Maastricht is a very enjoyable city, which is proved by the many events that are being held here every year. Have a look at our calendar for a review of conventions and events in Maastricht. Our calander also shows events we will be attending outside of Maastricht.

ICLAM Conference 2016

May 22, 2016 to May 25, 2016

Every three years the International Committee for Insurance Medicine (ICLAM) organises an international conference. The ICLAM Conference is till now 3 times held in the Netherlands. The first time in 1901 Amsterdam(then under Valgen of AIMECA), in 1958 in Scheveningen and in 1989 at Den Haag. Now in 2016 it will be the fourth time that the Netherlands will organise the conference; this time it will be in MECC Maastricht from May 22nd till 25th.
