30th International Conference of Genealogic and Heraldry Science 2012

The conference theme Borders in genealogy and heraldry can we interpret literally and figyratively. Nevertheless the territory of the present province of Limburg lies at the borders to Germany and Belgium. The conference will be held at La Bonbonnière, which lies in the beautiful city of Maastricht. Maastricht is a great place where you can enjoy a good welcoming environment, culture and gastronomic delights.

The structure of the conference wil lbe almost the same as previous ones. On Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday will be held among other activities, a number of parallel sessions. On wednesday there will be room for some trips through Maastricht & surrounding area.

For those who are not interested in following the whole program, there is a great genealogical and heraldry event which will be organised in cooperation with the Limburg Historical and Archaeological Society, the Regional Historic Centre of Limburg, the Central Bureau for Genealogy and the Dutch Genealogical Society. The conference languages will be English, French and German.
