Three times a year, we send an electronic newsletter to our relations. In this letter, we present the latest and most interesting MICE developments that took place in Maastricht & surrounding area.

Next to our newsletter, we send a direct mailing card by post twice a year, to inform you in this manner as well.

The Maastricht Convention Bureau in your neighbourhood

During the year, we will gladly visit your office to present to you Maastricht & surrounding area as a MICE destination.
You can also find us at trade fairs such as IMEX and EIBTM. During these fairs, we naturally are looking forward to speaking with you. Besides, we are present at and organise events such as association luncheons and roadshows. 

Site visits and relations events

Site visits are organised to show the city of Maastricht and its region to planners of corporate meetings. Via the Maastricht Convention Bureau, participants work together to promote Maastricht & region, in The Netherlands and abroad, as a destination for conventions and corporate meetings.
